Snag lists per project: Every snag belongs to a project and carries a location, category and priority, so a 300 item list stays readable and can be worked through room by room or trade by trade.

Assign work and keep ownership clear

Assignment to trades: Each snag records who is responsible, their trade role and a due date. Overdue items are counted on the dashboard so they surface before handover week.
Roles and permissions: Access is role based. Contractors see the contractor view of work assigned to them, while owners and managers keep the full project picture.
Notifications: In-app notifications flag changes that matter to you, instead of a group chat where every message reaches everybody.

Work on site, signal or not

Inspection mode: Walk a unit and step through items one at a time, recording results as you go rather than writing them up afterwards.
Offline working: If the connection drops, new snags are queued on the device and sent automatically once you are back on signal. An indicator shows when you are offline.

Verify the fix and prove it

Status tracking: Snags move through open, in progress and complete, with the completion date recorded automatically when an item is closed.
