Annual prices are the monthly equivalent rate billed once a year.
Billing questions
- What happens when the free trial finishes?
- The trial runs for 7 days from sign-up and needs no card. When it ends you are asked to choose a plan before you can carry on using the app.
- Do I keep my data if I do not subscribe?
- Yes. Your projects, snags and photographs stay in your account. Choosing a plan restores access to them.
- Can I invite contractors without paying for them?
- Contractor access to assigned work is part of the Team plan. On Starter and Pro, anyone who needs their own login counts towards your plan's user allowance.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. You can move between Starter, Pro and Team, and switch between monthly and annual billing, from your billing settings.
- Do the prices include tax?
- Prices are shown in euro excluding any VAT that applies to you. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing details.
- How do I cancel?
- You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.
- What does unlimited mean?
- Unlimited means there is no set numeric cap in the product for that item, for normal use by a single construction business.
