Snagging software for construction teams.
Snagging software replaces the spreadsheet, the camera roll and the message thread with one tracked list of the defects on a project, each with an owner, a status and photographic evidence.

What snagging software actually needs to do
A snag is only useful as a record if four things stay together: what the issue is, where it is, who is fixing it and whether it has been done. Split those across a notebook, a phone camera and a group chat, and the list stops being reliable within a week.
SnagCore keeps them on one item. A snag has a project, a location, a category, a priority, an assignee with their trade role, a due date, photographs and a status.
Why spreadsheets fall over on site
Spreadsheets cannot hold the photograph next to the row, cannot be edited reliably by three people at once, and are painful to use one-handed on a phone in a stairwell.
SnagCore is built mobile-first for that exact situation, and inspection mode keeps working when the connection drops, syncing whatever you captured once you are back on signal.
From capture to sign-off
Capture the issue with a photograph, assign it to the responsible trade with a deadline, track it through open, in progress and complete, verify the fix against the before and after photographs, then export a PDF report for the client or handover.
Because the report is generated from the live list, it always matches the current state of the project rather than a version someone last updated a fortnight ago.
